British Columbia Salmon and Halibut Fishing with IWL

The company vessel, Well Done IV, was purchased in January, 2008, to replace the venerable If We’re Lucky. With this vessel, we are able to carry you to an unforgettable fishing day with comfort, safety and efficiency.

Well Done IV is a 23-foot Grady-White fiberglass boat.   The model is a Seafarer. This design is called a “walkaround cuddy” because of the railed deck at the sides of the cabin.   For non-fishing trips, the vessel can easily carry 9 persons, but on fishing trips four is a reasonable working limit.   Well Done IV  has a hard bimini roof with protective front and side curtains.

The vessel is powered by two Yamaha outboards, a 9.9 for trolling, and a 225 for "getting there". Their four stroke design is both efficient and environmentally friendly. No blue smoke here!  

Fishing and safety equipment include: VHF radio, charting GPS, radar, sounder/fish finder, three electric downriggers, black box, floatation vests, floater suits, floater coats, rods, reels and terminal tackle. Safety equipment onboard exceeds the requirements of Transport Canada and the Canadian Coast Guard.
